Wiesia specialises in advising on M&A and financing transactions with real estate bias, corporate investment vehicles and platforms intended for real estate investment and core real estate acquisitions and disposals.

Representation of SigmaRoc on its acquisition of CRH's European lime businesses c EUR 1 billion, specifically in relation to the asset-sale acquisitions of the UK production assets and quarries
Advising several clients based within the Middle East region on investment vehicles, development agreements and property management agreements relating to large-scale city developments in the region
Advising a KSA real estate company in relation to large-scale tourism and hotel development models within KSA, specifically in relation to suitable development agreement and operating agreements
Representation of Metso Corporation, a world-leading industrial company offering equipment and services for the natural resources industries, on its €297 million acquisition of Canadian mobile crushing and screening equipment manufacturer, McCloskey International
Representation of a global investment company on its c. €130 million acquisition and financing of a portfolio of Dutch residential properties and the associated joint venture and management arrangements with an global asset manager and minority shareholder together with the tax structuring of the same
Representation of funds managed by EIG in relation to the acquisition of the 1332 MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power station and 49 MW battery at West Burton B in Nottinghamshire, England from EDF Energy, advising on all real estate related workstreams in the transaction, including financing documentation
Representation of a multinational system integration company in a buy side auction c. US$1 billion for a software company in relation to target's UK property assets
Representation of a high profile asset manager on its first joint venture vehicle intended for investment in commercial real estate in Germany
